"I paid the store about 50 dollars (54 technically) to tune up an old bike. It was rough and riding it felt like crawling through mud. They promised to "have it running like new" (yes, that's what they literally said) the next day and so I left the bike there overnight and came by the next day. To my chagrin, the bike rode exactly the same as when I brought it there. They didn't even replace the missing screw under the seat. They, quite possibly, left the bike on the rack overnight without even touching it and then charged me 50 bucks to, I dunno, babysit it or something. Thank God I brought it in during a tune up sale or else they'd of charged me 100 bucks for this. Needless to say, you should probably go to another store."
