"Beware of pricing! If you say you'll use insurance, the price is higher and they don't tell you the retail price. The girl who helped me was clueless. She said my boot wouldn't be over $160 if insurance didn't pay but the bill was $260. When I called See the Trainer, I was told the $160 price is the retail price which should not have been shared with me since I said I wanted to use insurance -- $260 is the contracted price with BCBS. Once you say you want to use insurance, they won't offer you the option of buying it at retail. A total scam!!! When I said I was going to contest this with my credit card company and not pay, they were suddenly willing to reduce my bill by $100."
