"Matt at Yankee Hill store (soon to be in York) is awesome! I had an issue ordering 1 40lb bag of bird seed with all of my earned rewards, it drug on for over 3 days! No one (at the call center) could seem to (or want to) get this taken care of! I called my local store on Yankee Hill, Matt and Rhonda came to my rescue.!!! Rhonda called the call center to have them call me to get my order, my order was delivered to the clubhouse instead of my villa. I am disabled, so I called the store. Matt said he would try to get it to me. I looked out my window 15 minutes later, and he was pulling up in my driveway!!!! The York store is very lucky! The customer care Matt displayed today is unheard of anymore, I just can't say enough to express how thankful I am. Matt is a great guy and his customers will love him! Thank you so much Matt and Rhonda!"

"I went in today with my three boys looking for Chicken feed components as we are making our own for our chickens. I went in trying to juggle the flatbed cart and the regular cart with my kiddos in it. Not only did Justin help me find everything on my list, he also helped me with the flatbed cart and helped me load the really big bags into our vehicle. It was a great experience and Justin definitely deserves a shout out for being amazing, polite, and helpful."

"I drive for CFI n brought a load here to b delivered the next morning at 4:30 am the lady i dont know if she was the manager but she was very ruid i asked if i could drop my trailer n she said no ive been able to drop trailers at other Tractor Supply Stores but she was very ruid thats all i can say i will never come bavk here again"

"For whatever reason, they sell bolts cheaper than every other hardware store in town (yes, even Menard's). Selection is narrower though of course since its not a hardware-focused store. I also wish they had better quality options for cat food, too many brands have plant stuff as the first ingredient."

"I am very disappointed in this store. The employee lied to me. I purchased a live animal trap, went to set it up, unpacked it and discovered it was damaged. Went back to the store and returned, no problem, but they had no more in stock. So I decided to order two. The employee told me, “it would be in the store in about 24 hours.” I asked, I can pick it up two days from now, and he said “yes it will be waiting for me.” Here it is two days later and no word for them. I called and talked to the manager and he said they haven’t shipped it yet. And it will be three days from now before I can pick it up. The 24 hours that the employee told me turned into five days. I would have done something different if they would have been honest with me. I need the traps to catch a lost dog in a corn field so, was time sensitive."
