"The pharmacy clearly needs help, holding for 30 minutes when you call, waiting in line for 30+ minutes when you go to pick up a script is crazy. I’m pretty sure they are short like the rest of the world but for a company as big as CVS I’m sure they can send help."

"Been on hold for more than 10 minutes each time and someone in the pharmacy keeps hanging up on me. I get that ur busy so don't answer until ur ready. But don't make us wait forever on hold then hang up. That's really unprofessional. No wonder this place has so many bad reviews."

"I absolutely hate CVS because multiple times I have needed to use the pharmacy, it has been a mess. The app is useless and because it did not work, I ended up having med refills delayed. I was told over the phone a number of times my medications would be filled and ready when I went to pick them up and it turned out that was not the case. I have spent 20, 30 and almost 40 minutes on hold with the pharmacy trying to get refills filled. Today I called to see if I had prescriptions ready because I had called Thursday to get some transfered from a different pharmacy. Thursday I was told they would be transferred and filled, but give them 24 hours. I gave them 48 hours. They were transferred but not filled. I was on the phone for 40 minutes and most of the time was waiting for someone to take the call. The pharmacist was nice when I explained everything and said he would get my scrips filled right away, but when the call was about ended, I said good bye, he said "oh my God" I think he assumed I wasn't going to hear it. I live an hour away and have to use CVS because of my current health insurance. I'm disgusted with their service."

"Seems like there are already of plenty bad reviews, but gonna throw one more on the pile. This is the closest pharmacy on my insurance. I am now going to a pharmacy MUCH farther from my house to save my time and energy. Their customer service is so poor that even when I go HOURS after they said my Rx would be done, they still make me wait 30 minutes for it to be ready. This pharmacy has reduced me to tears more than once for wasting my time while I’m sick. I don’t believe management treats their pharmacy techs well. Seriously CVS, do better. People’s health is on the line."
