"Worst experience I’ve had with a medical clinic. First visit no one told me I’d have to do all these extra steps to start the video call, and by 5 mins in the doctor had already moved onto the next patient. Next visit 2 different video platforms didn’t work and the nurse didn’t know what services the clinic provided so I couldn’t even find out if they were right for me. Every aspect of communication es no bueno. I do not recommend."

"I was searching for a naturopath and came across this business. The main physician is Dr. Ukanwa. I called for an initial interview and spent 15 minutes on a video call with the NP. She told me she would set me up with an appt with the MD. Meanwhile I noticed they billed my insurance over $400 dollars for that 15-minute call. of which $178.00 was billed to me. When I called the office to discuss the exorbitant charge, Shawna told me We always overbill because we barely end up getting half that amount. I told her I had a recent video call with another physician and was charged $60.00. I told her I thought the charge was too high. She said, Ill just turn you over to collection. Very dissatisfied with that response. Way overpriced!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Horrible customer service"

"After waiting 3 months to get an appointment, I didn't even get in. I arrived 10 minutes early but I couldn't find the place. By the time I got through on the phone they told me since I was 2 minutes late I had to reschedule. Still never found it. Horrible communication. Awful customer service. Couldn't imagine a worse way to welcome a new patient. They lost more than one patient and I hope they never see another. Stay away."
