"Staff was nice but I paid $315 for a pair of boots a week ago. Got sized at the store, felt good. Not my first pair, either. After wearing them and the leather softened, they were loose. Couldn’t exchange because of the condition. Mine didn’t look any worse than a same pair on the shelf. Manager lady told me to look at insoles. I’ll buy them at another store. Went to another store to get sized and realized the issue. The sales associate at the fort sized my foot with a women’s scale. Now I get to stick with these"

"Very cool store, my husband and I stumbled across it while looking for new work boots for him, had no idea it was so huge! (We went in the small shoe store entrance, boy were we surprised to discover there was a lot more in there!) They have an incredible selection of cowboy boots. The employees were super nice. Got the cutest stuffed animal for our baby (a Highland Cow). Honestly it's just a fun store to visit, definitely plan to bring him there when he's older!"
