"Awful customer service. I had messaged their instagram in regards to what was available in stores, I got a reply but then shortly get ignored and left on read. The next day I messaged again in hopes that it was an accident but got ignored again. The customer service surely needs to improve, I love the clothes but don't want go into the store because they don't seem to care about the customers and their experience."

"The lady who helped my girlfriend with her clothing was increasingly short-tempered and rude the longer we remained in the store. This eventually escalated to the women kicking my girlfriend out of a dressing room, to allow another patron into the room without notice. People in this industry need to be patient and timely, which she surely was not. I am disappointed with this experience considering we had heard great things. Additionally, The environment is not comforting or respectful due to the attitude of the workers. If I could give this Madida Clothing 0 stars, I would. It is not difficult to show another person proper human decency."

"Skylar is amazing! I always come in after work to do some stress shopping and she always manages to make my day better. Picks great outfits, stays after closing hours to help me even though she doesn't have to. I always leave the store with my arms full. Has to be one of the best employees :)"
