"Have had a terrible customer service/sales experience. Bought new appliances from them less than a year ago. The stove has been broken for a full week. No offer to replace, or any communication from the sales guy or the store. Very poor Customer service!!! Be aware"

"Service department has a very negative demeanor. We called about a LG refrigerator that stopped cooling. The first question was: did you buy it from us. That is ok , but, came across negative. She then looked up our purchase date and immediately told us there is no remaining warranty and it will be at least 3-4 weeks before they would have a technician available and it would most likely cost hundreds or more if it was something like a compressor problem. I decided that I should start shopping for a new refrigerator and knew it would not be from Karl’s mainly because of the negative attitude. I decided to give LG customer service and try the online diagnostics and connected with their customer service person who took my information and let me know that I had 5 year warranty that was still valid and they could have a technician out the next day. It is unfortunate for Karl’s to have such a negative customer service person who at best misinforms their customers and negates the chances of selling any other product in the future."

"Whatever you do, do not ever order from this place online. They cannot fulfill the order and then demand that you come into the store to prove your ID to refund your money back onto your credit card rather than just canceling the order. There's a reason why we order online, and it's usually because we do not have time to go into the store to make a purchase This is highly inconvenient and fraudulent as far as I'm concerned."

"My sister purchased her refrigerator there two years ago and has had nothing but problems with it. Takes weeks to get a service man to show up. Refrigerator finally can not be fixed and Karl's refuses to stand behind their worthless product. DO NOT BUY ANY APPLIANCES FROM KARL'S!"
