"Worst service I’ve ever dealt with. Verizon is not elder friendly. The stores just have to call out to customer service. Wait time for customer service is at least 20-30 minutes. I’ve probably called 30 times to resolve the same issue, but can’t get anywhere. They are charging an expense for a phone that was returned at their store in August, but still can’t find the phone (it was my late dads) and can’t do anything about it since they “can’t send a verification code” since it’s in their hands. Ridiculous I do not recommend to anyone."

"BEYOND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I could give them less than 1 star I would in a heartbeat. All we wanted to do was switch 1 phone number from my business account to my moms account. Over 6 hours later and we still had to go with a different carrier because all they were worried about In store is trying to sell us other phones, wifi routers, etc. Now, somehow, even though the phone number and phone no longer belong to Verizon they are still trying to charge my account and of course you can't get ahold of anyone at the store. The best help they offered was to have me call a number and sit on my phone, in the store, for over 2 hours while the business manager walked by and asked "how's it goin" which was as much help as we got out of anyone. Do not recommend nor will I ever recommend this store and that's based off 100% terrible customer service."

"They don't guarantee service mine went out for two day when I was waiting for Surgeons to schedule my open heart surgery. They sent me some kind of disclaimer that said they don't guarantee service"

"I really really loved the services and the staff was informative about the watch I got and I absolutely love it with my upgrade I got got it for under $40 that’s that’s taxes and it’s an extra line so it works even if your phone dies the Apple Watch 8 is amazing!"
