"Sat at drive thru order board behind a lady for 10 minutes while the lone other vehicle was at the window the whole time. The lady drove off mad about something. I ordered and proceede to the window where this truck had now been there over 10 minutes. I waited for 15 minutes they never had the guy pull forward just left me and the csr behind sitting there. I finally had enough after this vehicle had been at the window for close to 30 minutes and I drove off. I will never return to this Arby's again. No respect for the customer."

"I love the arby's brand of fast food... but this place was GROSS! Food and trash all over the food prep area. Watched an employee set the roast beef down on a dirty counter, next to the trash can, about a foot away from the slicer. That's not right at all. Hopefully they get their act together.
