"Have gone to this location a couple different times in the last couple of weeks. Both times during the lunch hour. The sign is on, the menu lit up in the drive-thru but no one says anything. Pull up to the window and there is no one there. If you have a worker shortage I understand but management can make a trip and put up a sign saying your closed. This looks to me like a management and supervisor problem. Thank you for wasting my time and the other people's who were sitting in the drive-thru time..."

"Ordered a sour cream and chives baked potato, they forgot the sour cream. Super slow service. Pretty sure an employee was just hanging out in the bathroom while I waited a long time to use it. Floors are slippery with oil or grease."

"we waited at the front counter (in an empty lobby) to order for 5 minutes.. i shouted “hello” and “excuse me” probably 3 times. there were no other customers, not even in drive thru… one kid (with glasses) was standing in drive thru on his phone, didn’t bat an eye at us once til the 3rd “hello”, to which he didn’t even come up front. the girl (manager?) said “someone will be with you in a minute” then another kid came up front to finally take our order. we were the only customers this whole time.. then when i got my burger, as soon as i opened it there was a white hair… could’ve been a white piece of fur - regardless, overall disappointed. it seemed like all of your workers were hanging out in the back on their phones or something. cause not a single person was up front then they all started to spawn up front after i called for them multiple times. - please note, i am literally 21 and know not to expect the world from fast food but this is ridiculous… get your store together. 11/11/23 4:45pm is when we went."

"Bought a Baconator.meal. Fries were good, but I've had better at other Wendy's. Drink was fine. Service was friendly and excellent. The burger was the surprise. It was definitely not freshly cooked. The burgers were dry as hell. However, even with the dryness, it was still a bigger and meatier burger than McDs. The low score was based solely on the dry burger and that's because they didn't deliver on their fresh promise. Always hold advertisement accountable."

"I ordered breakfast for the first time ever on my way to work. I ordered two maple bacon chicken croissants. What I got, was two buns with a chicken patty on it. Good job Wendy's, good job. Now I spent $20 on food I didn't receive. But wait, I can call and fix it because.....dun dun dun......I didn't get a receipt in my bag so I have no order number."
