"Got a chicken quesadilla at maybe 6:30 pm on a Wednesday. My wife got a chalupa. The chicken in my quesadilla was like rubber or plastic and the shell on my wife’s chalupa was stale and old. Hard as a rock. I don’t expect much from Taco Bell, but when I’m spending nearly 30 dollars for two people to eat, I expect it to edible. This is ridiculous."
"Too long of a wait for my order to be ready, only to get home and find out what was missing. There was a guy in plain clothes behind the counter that asked how long we'd been waiting and he offered us desserts and drinks, which was appreciated."

"The Taco Bell on 17130 Evans Plz in Omaha, NE is the worst in customer service I have ever experienced. We waited for 10 minutes at the counter to be waited on. I asked a person making orders if anyone that could take our order and she said no. We left and will not return. No excuse for this kind of service."
"Went thru drive through and got 3 tacos. 1 a gordita crunch. It was pure sauce, nothing else. Tried calling 5 times. Nobody picked up. Drive back to the store and went in, and they were so rude. She said that's how we make them. I ended up getting a new gordita but will not be going back."
