"Literally the worst experience dining in with the family we have ever had in our lives. Terrible customer service. Terrible attitudes. Literally not one person was kind to us. I wish I could revoke the 20% tip I left, but as a service industry employee I can't not tip. The pasta is terrible. Don't get it. We have had them before and if you order it to go and stick to the pizza and salad they're great... Only reason I can even justify them getting even one star. But if I were the owner I would definitely re-educate every single person employed that has contact with the public on proper service and how to offer good customer service in order to retain guests. We most definitely will NEVER choose to dine in here again. Take out pizza is a maybe because they're pizza is good, but the worst customer service ever, especially dining in."

"I've seen some negative reviews for this place lately but they are undeserved in my opinion. They were not busy on a snowy cold afternoon, so our order was taken quickly. Keep in mind you order at a counter then it's delivered to your table. The salads were disappointing, nothing but white iceberg lettuce which was almost frozen, but in their defense delivery trucks have been unable to get around this week. So I give them a pass on that. We both got Lasagna which was absolutely delicious. Cooked to perfection with the cheese browned on the top and spiced just right. The bread came out piping hot and crusty. We took half of it.home and it was just as good that night for dinner. We will patronize them again when we're near the Saddle Creek area. Next time pizza so my hubby can experience what I feel like is one of the best in town."

"Worst margherita pizza I ever had. Didn't see one piece of basil. There were some shaked on seasonings. Lamest ever. So sad. On strike for Thanksgiving because I am sick. Just wanted good pizza. Should have went to Sgt Pfeffers down the way. Supposed to be jumbo too. The corners and pieces were pretty tiny. So disappointed."
