Gabriel assured us our order would be ready when we needed to pick it up even though we were not giving them very much time to accomplish our order but, everything turned out great and Gabriel and his team came through for us."

"Worst chipotle ever. It had approximately 2 pieces of steak that seemed to have been microwaved.. had a bad off flavor. It was just awful and I threw it away. I tried to call and tell them I needed a refund as the order was wrong and had and I just did a pickup. No answer. No response from Chipotle. Paid $20 for trash. Won’t be back to this location. The maple one is the best. Worth the extra drive"

"My bowl was all smooshed on the side of my bowl. They gave me 5 pieces of steak which was a let down. Also the food was cold. For $13 they definitely failed at satisfying the customer. Stick to pepper jacks or Qudoba. They make high quality food and know how to treat the customer."

"I have ordered food here 3 times on the app. All 3 have been later than the app forecast (10-20min). 2/3 times they gave me the wrong food. As far as my experience goes this is the slowest and sloppiest Chipotle in Omaha. Its worth a 10 min drive to order at a different store."
