"I normally have a good experience here but I just recently got food around a rush and the food was severely undercooked, the fries where still white like they hadn’t been cooked all the way threw."

"Waited 40 minutes for a Culver’s deluxe and fry. Burger was not warm, patty was dry, and cheese didn’t even look melted. Fries were the only good part. I wasn’t the only one who waited forever; at least 4 other people had similar wait times. Edit one hour later: Add food poisoning to that list. I’ll never eat here again."

"If I could give this location a negative 10 I would! My daughter and her friends visited this Culver's on Old Cheney on Saturday to celebrate her birthday...which was on Saturday. They made specific requests to how they wanted their burgers made and what toppings to include. Their order arrived and they quickly noticed it was not at all how or what they ordered and advised the cashier. In response, they received argumentative attitudes and an unwillingness to serve customers what they ordered and paid for. After they were finally able to return their meals and have them corrected, they received their order wrong AGAIN! At this point they'd all decided to just make it work, however when my daughter approached the counter to request mustard, she saw and heard several of the Associates bad-mouthing her and her friends and the fact that they wanted their food prepared a certain way. When they all noticed my daughter could see and hear them, then continued to insult them with raised voices, and one of them identified themselves as the Store's Manager. It was the worst display of customer service they'd ever witnessed! What if my daughter and/or her friends had allergies to certain foods? They were mistreated and dismissed, and on my daughter's birthday. Of all the places she could have gone to celebrate, she chose Culver's. We've never experienced anything less than great service at the North 27th location, so to endure this type of disrespect from Culver's employees was both shocking and hurtful. I would hope that race did not play a part in their attitudes and refusal to prepare their meals the way they were ordered. Whatever the reason(s), this type of service will not be tolerated. At this moment, we are awaiting a return call from the store's General Manager. Until this is resolved to our satisfaction, we will not be patrons at any Culver's location and our family and friends have vowed to do the same."

"The family and I ate here and loved it. I had the Smokehouse BBQ Burger. It was phenomenal!! Everything came out quick and was delicious. Definitely worth the money."
