"The kid taking our order was rude, didn't get syrup with our French toast sticks. Didn't get any napkins or even asked if we needed anything else"

"We ordered through the drive thru and spent 45 dollars for food that was wrong and missing. It was about half an hour before they closed, the guy at the window was pretty rude and our food took awhile which is understandable because it was so late. We got home and 2 of our 3 burgers were wrong and we were missing fries. Disappointing. The pulled pork tots were really good though."

"Got chicken slinger, jalapeno cheddar poppers, and lemonade. Poppers and lemonade were great. The slinger didn't taste like chicken, not very tasty,"

"My family and I went here and were highly disappointed. We live in a smaller city with a bigger Sonic and you can’t even compare the two. It took them a ridiculous amount of time to get five drinks out. The drinks were not wiped off and the three iced teas tasted like they were days old or that the tea pot haven’t been cleaned for days. I’m very disappointed, because I figured our home town Sonic would be slower and more disappointing than this one. Instead it was the opposite."

"I just went to this location for dinner because my kids wanted it. I pull up to the drive thru and the woman on the intercom was very rude. I told her I needed fries no tots on 2 of our meals, She replies that fries come with it. I said it 2 times remind you. I get to the window I pay and I was handed a drink that was not wiped down, I had to ask for napkins to wipe it down. When I got home I DID NOT have fries in my 2 meals I had tots. I tried calling to let them know they messed up my order and it rings once and then says this mailbox is full. So I couldn’t even talk to anyone and it is not close to me. I’m over all the employees at these restaurants that have no professionalism and are trained correctly. I won’t be coming back."
