"I used to LOVE Hacienda, it's been my favorite restaurant for years, and I visit every year on my birthday. However this location has unfortunately changed my mind. The service here seems nonexistent everytime I've visited this year. I consistently have to try to find a waitress to have my groups needs met, and am completely overlooked by my waitress. This has been something I've noticed to become a pattern each time I go. I see the waitress when I order, and maybe sometimes when I get my food, and then I'm left to fend for myself. It's at this point where I've only started coming for the food, but unfortunately I don't believe I can even say that anymore. I visited yesterday and brought leftovers home. While I was trying to enjoy my leftovers, I found a large piece of plastic IN one of my tacos. This is disgusting, and a huge health hazard as this could have come from the floor or been used for raw meats. I'm very disappointed and I'm also concerned for what else my food may have come in contact with if the workers are THIS careless about the food they're putting out."

"Unassuming restaurant, reminded me of the places I'd go to eat in the early 2000s with my mom in small towns. Nothing crazy in terms of decor, but that creates a homey charm. Delicious food and great service. An absolute must-go in Lincoln for Mexican cuisine."

"I would eat Pollo Culichi and drink raspberry margaritas until I exploded if they let me. The servers are always nice, but sometimes the service is a little slow. The food is very good and my wife loves their vegetarian options."

"When I 1st pulled up I was thinking it was going to be small inside. Once I walked through the door it was very inviting, staff was very friendly & loved the music that was playing, really set the mood lol f the place. I have been to many Mexican restaurant and it’s not the worse but it’s not the best I have been to. I didn’t leave thinking “NOPE won’t go back” I left thinking “okay I would give it another try”. I would recommend trying, there is many choices & I did notice it did have American food if you are wanting that so your other guess can have Mexican. It was nice & clean also."

"Huge portions! We totally couldn’t finish, thankful they had take home boxes. The service was excellent, even though it was super busy the staff was attentive and very professional. Their salsa was pleasantly spicy, and when you dipped the chips in the beans and then the salsa was super delicioso! Food was very good and the beer was cold, great stop after a long day of driving."
