"This has been one of my go to restaurants for the last several years but the way my party and I were treated today is making me question my choices. Firstly a young Asian man with glasses and short dyed blond hair brushed back was our waiter. He rushed us the entire time although we were only there for about an hour. It honestly was so uncomfortable trying to enjoy our meal with him coming back over and over and asking about payment while we were still eating. He didn’t even wait when we said we had rewards and just shoved the card reader at us. Very rude!"

"We missed the salad bar at Ruby Tuesday in Omaha. We were in Lincoln so stopped for lunch. Salad bar was very good! My daughter ordered a plain burger, but was served with cheese. Our waitress said she would get a new one out right, she served her new burger that was a mound of meat in about 6 pieces. I can not understand how this was even allowed to be served. In comparison, my husband’s burger was a normal burger, only explanation is the cook was angry about remaking my daughter’s burger."

"One of the few places I will utilize the all you can eat option as its a salad bar. Prices are more than fair with an all you can eat salad bar being $12.49. Nice selection at the salad bar with all the staples being present. Great business lunch option."

"My server was Angela and she was amazing! Our drinks never ran out, our empty plates were immediately taken away, and she had a very good personality, was making jokes, making us laugh, making sure everything was okay. Mike, the assistant manager, was also very helpful and had a smile on his face at all times. The food was excellent. Great seasoning on the ribeye, cooked to perfection, the mushrooms were perfectly sautéed, everything was phenomenal. Will DEFINITELY be going back!"

"Travelling solo, I prefer to find a place to eat with a bar to sit at. This was my first experience with Ruby Tuesday's and I enjoyed it so much that I went back on the following two nights to try something different. The environment was friendly and service great. This restaurant seems to be understaffed as most others so exercise some understanding and patience if the staff is doing more than one job. Give the rib appetizer a try, you will want to go back for more!"
