"Friendly team. Food is usually right and fresh. Have been through drive-thru and ordered and gotten it delivered without an issue each time. Like they are open until 1a giving you a choice as a late shift worker.."

"The food, a triple cheeseburger combo and spicy chicken sandwich was delicious. It's the first time I've had Wendy's in a couple of years. Unfortunately, the customer service was sub par, apathetic, slow, and inattentive. It took at least two minutes for the attendant to take my order despite having only one car ahead of me. The order taker was robotic and unfriendly, no smile, greeting, or polite please and thank you language. Using a debit card, I had to request a receipt since one was not provided. I was given a Dr. Pepper, not the Diet Coke I ordered. My fault for not checking until I was half way home, but the straw was not provided with the drink; it was in the bag, so I didn't think of it. Employees are hard to recruit at fast food wages, so if the food is good, I can overlook less than stellar customer service. And the food was hot and fresh. I appreciate the late night hours. They stay open until 1:00 a.m. on most nights and the location just off the interstate is convenient."

"My husband asked for no bacon on his sandwich. While we were waiting on our food to be ready, we noticed on the receipt Pedro didn’t put NO BACON. As soon as we noticed it, we asked him to tell the person making the food. He said she already made it. I explained to him it doesn’t matter if she already made it she can make another one because my husband stated that he didn’t want bacon from the beginning. The lady took the bacon off and wrapped the sandwich back up. I asked for a refund and Pedro was mad because we said we didn't want it. I explained to him that my husband is allergic to bacon and you cannot take bacon off a sandwich and try to feed it to someone that is allergic. As i was explaining it, the manager come and i tell him whats going on and he ignores me and speak spanish to Pedro. This location is very rude and racist and DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. At no point did they consider ME AND MY HUSBAND TO BE RIGHT. Pedro even told my husband he needs to speak up when placing an order, when he first stated that he didnt hear him say that first. Neither did he repeat the order back to us."

"Ordered a fry with no salt and this is the portion I got. It's at least 25% less than the ones I saw being given out with salt. They used a scoop for the salted fries but tongs on mine. I guess employees don't know how to serve a proper portion unless they use the scoop."

"This was the only Wendy's of four that I checked that had an open dining room on Sunday for lunch on mother's day. My Mom likes Wendy's, so that's where went. First time here. Dining room was clean, cashier was welcoming, food came out quickly and was hot. Great visit. Oh, and they actually answered the phone when I called to see if they had the dining room open. Restaurants don't seem to answer their phones always."
