"Super unprofessional staff. One employee who is obviously sick kept coughing and sneezing all over the food prep area. Conversations between staff members are loud and extremely inappropriate. The owner needs to send a secret customer in to observe because I love Pepperjax and have given this location multiple chances but it is just the worst."

"Stopped into this location tonight to pick up some dinner for my family. They were slammed. After our bowls were ready for toppings, the assistant manager, Karen, took over and apologized for the wait and was so kind in her delivery and attitude despite the place being very busy. She rang me up and overlooked adding the kids half off meal on Wednesdays. She felt horrible. She ended up giving us over the discounted amount in store credit to make up for it. The store credit was appreciated, but honestly, she wouldn’t have had to do that - her kind attitude and great customer service was enough for me."

"Waited along time to order when there was no one in the place. They did have a few drive thru orders, we waited after we ordered for along time after they made the sandwich for them to give us them. They sat on the counter, then finally asked us what we ordered and the guy kept looking in the boxed sandwich that was on the counter. So needless to say are sandwich were cold and the bread was very dry. There was 3 guys working, the one that was working the grill was able to do his job not sure on the other ones."

"This was our second try. We left before ordering on our first try. The service was so slow and customers were upset. Not a good atmosphere. This time we actually ordered but then noticed the grill was filthy. Took our chances. Service was so slow. Our food sat on the grill for over five minutes. Got the wrong toppings. The guy taking money had gloves but prepped food with the same gloves back and forth multiple times. We love PepperJax but this location needs more training."

"I hate leaving bad reviews but so many issues. I will try it again in a few months and update my review if needed. I got a rice bowl and there was almost no rice left. They gave me the smallest scoop possible instead of just getting more rice (See picture. I had to dig for it) but had to go get more rice for the next customer anyways? my husband wanted sour cream and again, out. Instead of refilling they gave him a couple small drops. The kid was ringing us up and someone else behind him said Jesus hurry up were you even trained. Lastly we got 2 kid meals and my kids were so excited for cookies, OUT. My kids cried all the way home so we had to stop at runza just to get cookies. For $45 I’m just disappointed"
