"So I absolutely love coming here never had a problem until just now. My ham sandwich smelt good then I take it out of the wrapper and the bottom bun was so soggy. It was so gross. Then my chicken sandwich was over cooled it did not look like the picture at all. The only good thing we got were the Frisco burgers but those were cold."

"Love Hardee's, but have found this location lacks the ability to have a hot meal for its paying customers. Can't day I've ever had a batch of fries that were even Luke warm.... Someone would rather wait in an empty lobby and be told they are making new fries than to be given a bag 3 minutes after ordering to walk out and have cold fries......"

"It's fast-food so the bar is already low, but the food here was just, well, bad. I hadn't been to a Hardee's since maybe the mid90s. No reason for it, we just never go there so I thought we'd give it a go. I had a burger that tasted...weird. My daughter had the mushroom swiss burger and was done after one bite, and my son said the chicken tenders were comparable to the tenders they served at his elementary school. Edible but that's about it. Feel bad giving such a negative review because the people were nice and the place was clean, but food was such that i cannot foresee the circumstances under which I eat at any Hardee's ever again."
