"We had a case of a late night craving, and McDonalds did the trick. The drive thru was quick, the service at the window was courteous, the food was hot. I wish I knew my way around the app a little better to be able to take advantage of that or claim credit AFTER a non-app purchase, but it is what it is. We'll be back, as MickeyD's is part of our lifestyle (just a little less frequent than usual)."

"McDonald’s why are you going away from customer service? You now have your employees divided in many different directions . Counter pickups , curbside, drive thru, etc I order on app, we to stall 4, said I’m here in 4. No one came out so I went in and my order was just sitting behind the counter somewhere out of site. Another guy was pissed because he ordered his food and no one even bothered checking on him until he was mad. The stores don’t have enough employees to do this mass delivery options your pushing on customers and employees. All I know is this will be a last choice option for me. I like customer service."

"Had to use kiosk. We were eating in so put in our number which order was suppose to be brought to us. Waited 15 minutes and went up to counter to ask about our order and there it was sitting on counter. Cold. Progress.. kiosk, no people to talk to, and poor service. Welcome to the new McDonalds!"

"I hate having no choice other than to order at the kiosk. I ordered two meals and waited 30 minutes before our food was brought out and my hamburger was cold. The fountain drinks are filled by the staff in the back (even though they clearly struggle with putting together food orders) and when I asked for a refill I received the wrong drink back. Overall, a very frustrating experience!"

"The chicken nuggets were really good. The spicy chicken sandwich had a little too much sauce so it made the whole thing pretty messy but good flavor. The fries were the same ylu get at any McDonald's- a bit salty but crisp. Pretty good lunch for the price."
