"My pepperoni pizza didn’t have any pepperoni on it. The general manager of the store said he had no record of it and couldn’t do anything about it because it was ordered through a 3rd party delivery service. He wouldn’t give his name - he literally said he’s not giving me his name just so I can badmouth him. So I’m stuck with a nasty cheese pizza. I wouldn’t order from this location. The other locations are much better."
"Pickup times for Doordash drivers are terrible. Employees at this location are snot nosed punks who get defensive when you ask them a simple question. FIX your Dasher pickup times! Assuming customers are ordering off the Papa John's app/website, your store has no available drivers so you place the order into your system for a Dasher to come get the order. Somewhere along the line, Doordash assumes the order is very close to being ready so their systems start looking for an available driver. FIX IT!"
"Ordered carry out at 6:03 PM Told me it would be 19-29min. Ok Pull up at 6:40PM Thought I was gonna have a lukewarm pizza. They told me it would be another 15min. They had 2 door dashers waiting as well. Extremely disappointed."
"Hands down the worst pizza place I've ever been to. Cold, burnt, very light on toppings that are thrown right in the center of the pizza. Ranch cup was flipped upside down maybe a quarter cup of ranch in it."
