"This place is disgusting, I made a telehealth appt here to see Dr Kingsley and was told he wasn't in the office because he was sick on April 7th, saw a physician's asst instead. They prescribed me 2 weeks worth of medication and said they'd need to see me again after 2 weeks then they would prescribe me a months worth from then on. Well, after the 2 week appt I saw another PA because he's still out of the office. They needed my primary to send in some paperwork before they could send in my new script. I get my primary to fax this info over and they denied getting it twice for 2 weeks. I insist that they sent it over twice and finally they check again and the faxes magically appear! Week 3 they finally get back to me and tell me that they decided they won't write my script until I see them again and of course pay another $109 to see them. This is just a scam for self pay patients. I doubt they would pull this with insurance companies. So I've been without my narcolepsy meds for 3 weeks because not one person in their office could find 2 faxes for 2 weeks and surprise surprise Dr Kingsley is still out of the office. Don't let me get started on how someone from that office texted me at midnight one night to tell me they would update me shortly on the confusion over my meds not being prescribed on time. Stay far away from this place!"

"DO NOT try the Kingsley Clinic Telehealth. It is the worst experience of how technology is letting some people make even more money while doing nothing but enjoying that mansion. They have outsourced the receptionist and medical assistant to a very small amount of people(2-3). Was on my laptop for 30 min with no answer (thanks telehealth)."
