"We had a great experience……the first couple of times. We spent over $5000 on a new furnace LAST winter and now cannot get a single person to return a call to service it! Numbers are disconnected or changed. I’ve called dozens of times and have yet to hear back from anyone! It’s almost as if they provide good service until they get you to spend the big money then promptly dump you as a customer! We were GUARANTEED start up service for our new furnace but they’ve all but disappeared leaving us high and dry. Extremely disappointed and would absolutely not recommend!!"

"In 37 years, this has been the worst purchase and experience we've ever had. Furnace installed over $5,000, was never told of big pipes being placed on my roof they cut into, looks horrible. Pump and hose busted inside, ruining my wood floors. Came out to replace, left hose on roof exposed, froze. Pump doesnt work so Heater doesn't work. Came out again to supposedly run new pipe in attic. Froze again. Wanted to punch holes in front exterior of my home to fix, unbelievable. I am going to call the folks who cost more but do it right the first time. I will never use them for even the smallest job, they even blamed Verizon for us not being able to get in touch with for over a week. Horrible experience, should be less than 1 star."

"Unfortunately I must take my 5 stars back. It turns out the water heater they installed is insufficient for our size family and home although we were told otherwise. I have spent months attempting to contact TruFlo about the issue. No email, text or phone response. I even thought maybe they went out of business. As best we can see in person the business is still there and employees coming and going. The company TruFlo has now managed to waist about $7000 of my family's funding and months our time. The problem has caused pain and suffering not only financially but also physically as we did not have hot water for about 6 months until approval for financing from another company to install the correct system. I do not understand why Truflo a veteran owned company would do this to a totally permanently disabled veteran (my husband) but they did. DO BETTER Truflo. Customers looking at this trying to decide if you should use TruFlo I recommend TLC electric, hvac and plumbing instead."

"Great experience with Gabriel, installing a new furnace and AC system for half the cost of some of our other quotes. The tech had great communication, was timely, and stayed late to finish the job. In the end, they had to come back twice due to waiting for parts and product availability, and narrow installation windows over the holidays , but we’re reliable on their return visits. With such great service and a competitive quote on the cost, I don’t know that I’ll use any other HVAC providers in the future. Really happy!"

"I have to say that my first experience with this company was a bit off-putting. I had a pushy salesman come to my house and he just seemed very sketchy. A couple months later my wife and I decided to call back and they informed me the that salesman we had interacted with is no longer associated with them. The next visit we had was from the owner, Joe. He gave me a timely estimate and shared the process with me step by step professionally. He apologized for our previous experience and really strived to make things right. The day of our install, the technicians did a great job. The unit and all electrical along with it is very clean and well done. Our unit works great and they kept us informed every step of the way. I am very impressed with how they take pride in making the customer happy with their solution and to make right negative experiences."
