"This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a doctor's office. I had an appointment early October I started to drive the 3 hours down only to be told the Doctor is leaving early and I wouldn't make it down in time. It wasn't a huge deal because I wasn't to far from home so i turned around. Two weeks later I drive down for my rescheduled appointment end up waiting for about two hours while the doctor left the building twice for a doctor's appointment. Eventually the doctor says he'll just call me on my way home to do my appointment. That was fine except he didn't bother to call. I end up having to call the office 4 times on different days just to get my appointment finished. He tells me he'll send the report I need for a surgery the next day. Low and behold it more then a week later and clinic is still waiting for report and I was just told he is out of the country for the second time in two months. The only good thing I can say him and his staff and are incredibly nice but I'm here crying because I was counting that report to fix health issues I've been having for years and causing all kind of complications."
