"This company actually has people who drive around at night and look at the condition of your signage. They give you a report and cost and if you agree to the cost of fixing the sign, they come and do it at your convenience. I never have to try to call someone to fix my signage anymore. They call me! That's just awesome! Thank. you YESCO. This time around, they fixed my parking lights! What a great company. It couldn't be more convenient!"

"The invoice was nearly three times what we were told in advance, and rather than letting us know that extra parts and labor would be required in advance (as the sales person promised would happen before the extra charges were incurred), the crew simply did the extra work and didn't even let us know when they were onsite. Also - we were charged for an unsuccessful site visit during a historically strong wind storm, when the technicians said it was too windy for them to do the work. Why in the world did they show up at all during a wind storm, and then charge us for the visit?? Very poor customer service, will not use this company again."
