"Marc came to change the gasket on my LG washing machine. Next time I tried to use it, it would not power on. He had not plugged it in. Since he did not test the machine before he left, I asked him to come back. He said no, he was going on vacation. Hired another guy who came in and took the top off where he showed me the power to control panel inside the washer had not been connected. A job that should have been $75.00 eventually cost me $245.00 because of his carelessness and unprofessionalism."
