"Auto Care Center, Walmart, Bernalillo, NM. (Store 3731) The "manager" Marcus was extremely rude and tried to threaten me after refusing to honor a return on tires after a botched install on my Chevy Silverado. Do yourself a favor and go to a professional shop the first time and avoid the frustration, hidden charges and incompetence of this sad excuse for an automotive repair facility. I have never experienced employees of any business with less integrity, customer service skills or common sense than the crew at the Bernalillo Walmart Auto Care Center. Zero stars."

"My first review was a five-star because I went in there for tire mounting and it was really quick and painless but my next trip for an oil change was quite different. I spent over two hours waiting in the store and ask them if they had checked my tire pressure and everything else that they indicate that they checked during lube service and I was lied to. So this makes me really question the quality of work being done on my car when I take it to Walmart auto. I don't think it's cool for them to sit here and lie to their customers that they had checked something on the vehicle when it was never even done. My car has a display where it shows my tire pressure and one was low and that's why I had asked if they checked it but they never did because , the paper they gave me says they check the tire pressure and all tires were 35 but they aren't , same tire pressure is when I went in which was low. Great thanks Walmart"

"Got some guy named Michael that didn't want to help me at all it seemed I was inconvenience asking him to help me pick the correct motor oil and transmission fluid. Which ended up being the wrong kind but when I took them back he seemed even more unhappy than the first visit. And he left me at the counter while he went in the back I believe just because he thought it would upset me to waste my time I was in no hurry I just needed my refund which I got."

"Helpful staff that fixed a flat. But at first they said tire with nail cant ne fixed and tried to sale new replacement tires. After I conduct research and went back the tire was fixed. Was concerned extra money paid for road side coverage was a waste of time."
