"They offered online appointments only and during a pandemic I went along with but I don't see how helpful this could be with a high risk client. I will own up to missing online appointments and playing phone tag with the MST therapist but getting a cold shoulder with a discharge and left with basic resources I could lookup myself and no professional referral given. I am sure this is a high stress job but maybe your company could support the providers more so families in need won't suffer."
