"I've called several times to speak to my caseworker L.Arthur but they always tell me she is unavailable. I wait a week and several weeks to by with no response."
"I would give no stars. Not only is this office inefficient with documentation, communication, accuracy, and professionalism, the personnel handling my case is never in the office. This office has a line up of excuses, "theres only one person that handles that and she's NOT here", "it should take a week so just wait for a letter", "well you need to talk to the appeals office".... Etc. Even after I've provided proof via notatrized paperwork I'm tired of the run around, excuses, and lack of work in my case with this office. This office does not abide by NM Statute Code NMSA 40-4-11.1b.3. The purpose of the guidelines (and the NM child support office) are to improve the efficiency of the court process and giving parties guidance (within this process). This office needs an employee turnover with employees that are adamant with thier job and actually do it with the highest regard in child support cases."
