"Horrible customer service! Ordered arrangement thru FTD, this was the random florist chosen. Paid up front for same day delivery. The flowers were not delivered until late afternoon the following day. 2 hrs after receiving... the hydrangeas were drooping, by day 2 the yellow roses were dead. Emailed the shop and showed a photo of the arrangement. No response. A 2nd email was sent, still no response. 2 weeks after the initial delivery I was finally contacted. 2 days after the email conversation a replacement arrangement was delivered. No apologies, no discounts, no coupons, etc. I would avoid this florist. Customer service is nonexistent!"

"Went for a single long stemmed red rose, $5, which seemed like a reasonable price with the wrapping, bow and little water bottle in bottom. It's beautiful and the person that sold it to me was really nice. Update: Sent my 2 clueless guys in for a coursage. They only specified pink. For a reasonable $25, received a beautiful coursage for tomorrow's prom. Very pleased!"

"I ordered a boutonnière a week in advance. .When I went to pick it up it had been sold to someone else. I waited for to to make the flower. When she gave it to me to me it was horrid. The rose had brown dried edges.The flower was put together with masking tape that she did not bother to cover with ribbon. I asked her to cover the masking tape. She wrapped it with ribbon but stopped the ribbon on the front of the boutonnière with a glob of glue. A waste of time and money. If they can't make a simple boutonnière how will they mess up your order? I will never go there again"

"I love this shop!! Super friendly staff! Got my boyfriend some flowers for his birthday, had no clue what kind of arrangement to go with!!! Those ladies stayed and helped me until I was satisfied!! never had flowers that have lasted so long and such a reasonable flower shop!! I'll be for sure be back!!"

"Horrible Service! We ordered 2 1/2 hours before the cut off time to send same day delivery and paid for it. They told us they couldn't do it because the truck already went out for the day and wanted to give us $5.00 credit for our next visit for crappy service. We requested chocolates to be delivered instead. They agreed. You would think since the delivery was supposed to be next day, it would have gotten there the next day first thing. NOPE! It was towards the end of the day and with NO Chocolates like promised. When we called back to ask why? She said they forgot and would send before the end of the day. NOTHING!!! So the thrid day now....trying to get what was supposed to be delivered. I spoke with the MANAGER AND SHE SAID that the chocolates were delivered and that MY FRIEND WAS A LIAR. How do you like that?! I couldn't even believe she said that out loud. She should be fired and the store should be closed."
