"Online says that they open at 9am, but the door says 10am? I think the website needs to be updated"
"It says here that it is open at 8:00 a.m. and on the door it says that they open at 9:00 I just wasted my time coming early."
"Cashier couldn’t stop saying $h-t word and then when she asked me if I found everything I need and I said Kinda. She said better than nothing and rolled her eyes lol. Well then don’t ask!! Sheesh."
"Dollar Tree on Rio Bravo just did a terrific job on a re-set for their store! It's really clean, easy to find things, and the employes are very friendly. I was happy to see Della is still there, and just as friendly and sweet as anyone could ever want in an employee. Go see what all they have done!!"
"While the store is dirty and not fully stocked the service is my biggest complaint. Upon checking out, I noted to cashier that I also needed to get a few balloons. She laughed, pointed up towards balloon corral and stated, "If there aren't any balloons in there, it means we don't have helium." I noted a couple balloons in the corral and asked if I could have those. Again she laughed and said let me ask my manager. She called to manager and again laughed and said "she wants short us to climb up and try to reach those balloons." At this point I was getting annoyed at her unprofessional and snarky attitude. I told her nevermind. She threw my change at me and started checking out next customer. I treat others how I expect to be treated and I am pretty understanding to having bad days but this worker was out of line. Management needs to do better. Though this store is close to home, I will definitely drive out of the way or pay more for items than to be treated again in such an ugly manner."
