"Every contractor I spoke with about fixing my roof due to wind damage said state farm was the worst to deal with. That has been true. I asked Cindy to call and advocate on my behalf and she never did. Had extensive shingle damage on my roof and they would only cover half of the roof. It's a joke. The response from owner is misleading. Problem wasn't resolved and I am no longer a customer. I switched to Geico and got better coverage for less money."
