"I went to their office to get a quote and their receptionist said they didn't have anybody in the office. When their insurance agent called me an hour later he stated he was there for hours before I popped in the door. After giving him my information he stated that he would discuss the amount my quote will be after I finalize the medical side. It wasn't till I was on the phone with the medical side trying to schedule (they couldn't find me in the system) that the insurance agent then changed what he told me stating I would be billed in 1 to 2 days. He said this was for temporary coverage but I was provided no documentation to prove I was rendered temporary services. I called first thing in the morning to dispute the charges with them directly and a woman assured me I wouldn't be charged until the process was finalized. They did not in fact charge me in 1 to 2 business days, rather almost a weekend after when I talk to one of the people in their company stating I did not want to move forward. I let them know I wasn't interested at 2 o'clock PM and by 5 o'clock PM my credit card was ran for $164. Because of this I found their practice to be shady and had to dispute the charge through my bank. Since then I have continuously asked them to stop contacting me to no avail. The insurance agent showed up at my work to harass me in person when the phone badgering didn't work which was completely unprofessional. I have got a minimum of two phone calls a day from a agent, two emails, and two calls. Do not entertain them as the harassment is not worth the quote."
