"If you are Medicare and are looking for an Advantage plan please don't choose Humana unless you want to die. The web site is useless You can't do anything other then look at your claims. The associated Pharmacy CenterWell is also terrible. I have a month prescription that I haven't been able to refill since April. The web site is excruciatingly slow and does not work with all browers. They are stuck in the 1920's so if that is the level of care you need go for it. It on the other hand you are hoping to secure messaging, email or a useful web app they don't have it. They only way they communicate is through phones and USPS mail. The phone calls will require you to have lots of time and patience as the robo caller doesn't understand anything you say like 'Yes' and "No". Maybe in the next 20 years they upgrade to Blackberries and maybe next Century they will adopt email and secure messaging on a web site that works. This is why our health care system is broke because we have firms tuck in the early 1920's trying to provide services in the 21st century."
