"We've stayed at many places but this one is the best of the bunch so far! Prompt attentive service, excellent management and friendly genuine staff who go out of their way to make sure you are happy and satisfied. The entire place is spotless and clean and the cleaning staff are a cut above here. The pool is clean, well serviced and the hot tub is perfect for soaking away the days aches and pains. Breakfast is awesome, well stocked, fresh and hot! Trust me... you WON'T go hungry! I could waffle on for days about the staff, but in a nutshell, they are AWESOME! No...its not as cheap as some places, but it is well worth the money. Highly recommended ."
"Recommend booking through choice one hotels instead of some 3rd party. We stayed with 2 dogs and it was nice. Lady at desk advised us against drinking the "hard water" and suggested water bottles for sale $1 at the desk. To me, if I can't drink from the hotel, the hotel water alternative should be free. Breakfast was sub par but still provided enough to get back on the road. A clean place to stay but not much more."
"Nice room, especially for the price. Friendly staff. Elevator issues while we were there. But the staff handled it Best they could."
"We’ve stayed at this hotel numerous times in the past. It’s always been our go to spot when visiting family in the area or traveling through. This last stay was different- something out of a nightmare. The elevator was broken and they claimed the only room available was on the 3rd floor. The clerk claimed all the 1st and 2nd floor rooms were booked despite there being no more than a dozen cars in the parking lot. My husband suffering from hernias and two small children and lugging suitcases up the stairs with not so much as an apology was less than optimal. There was no hair dryer in the room as advertised, but that was moot because the shower head was busted and sprayed at the ceiling- so, no showers anyway. About 9:30pm, someone with a key tried to come into our room- we had the flip lock on so they couldn’t get in, but it terrified the kids and took us another hour + to get settled back in for a freezing night. That’s right, the ac unit/thermostat in our room was bonkers & couldn’t adjust the temp in any way. When I alerted the front desk about it, they said they had a new system and would check it out. We got up and headed down with the kids for breakfast- the attendant for the breakfast was extremely rude. There was no pancake mix for the pancake machine (the only thing the kids - 3 & 5 would eat) and he very rudely stated that they needed to just settle for a waffle. ZERO hospitality for paying guests was present here. I overheard every other guest at breakfast discussing the same issues we were having- either freezing or blazing hot rooms with no relief- and a terrible breakfast option presented by a disgruntled jerk. We were thankful it was just one night stay and we couldn’t wait to get out of there. Yes- I discussed all of these issues with the front desk when we checked out (in a calm and respectful manner). Both of the young women at the front desk were apologetic, but apologies only go so far when you pay close to $200 for a one night stay and are met with such disregard for your comfort, safety, and patronage. As much as I’d like to say we’ll be back in the hopes they correct all of these issues, they’ve done nothing to even attempt to make anything right. Looks like we’ll be looking for an alternate accommodation on our future trips."
"I wish I could give 10 stars. My daughter and I were driving home to San Antonio Texas from a family bereavement trip to Las Vegas last Tuesday. We were tired from driving all day and it was freezing cold outside and the roadsides were full of snow, and it was super late so we decided to stop for the night. Di Kemp, the Navajo woman at the front desk was awesome! When I walked in that hotel I felt like I was at a friends house. She and the gentleman working there gave us amazing customer service. I am also part Native American and so we chatted it up for a bit about Native American jewelry lol. The room was beautiful, it was spacious, it had a nice closet and the room was super clean. The usb port on the lamp was helpful. I loved the toiletries especially the make up wipes. Having the coffee maker, coffee, tea bags and condiments were a blessing. It was so cold outside I was able to make and drink some hot tea before going to bed. We were so warm and comfortable in the room we didn't even get up for the free hot breakfast lol. I could've just stayed in bed there all day watching TV lol. The only two slightly negative things I would say, is the bed was a little too firm for me but it wasn't uncomfortable. And the lighting in the bathroom was a little dimmer than I would like for putting make up on correctly. When we checked out in the morning one of the women asked us if we had had the hot breakfast, and I told her we slept through it. She was so sweet she offered us a danish to take which we declined since we were going to grab breakfast on the road. And the woman at the desk was very kind also and reminded me to get my receipt (which I lost somehow) Just such a pleasant experience here. I would definitely stay there again and I would highly recommend this hotel."
