"We rented tables and chairs for a memorial service not a “party” the lady assumed.” My daughter failed to count them as they were being loaded. When she brought them back the VERY RUDE lady said you’re missing a chair and I need you to go back to your party and find the chair. The guys that actually loaded the chairs said “nope I didn’t load.” Long story short go somewhere else!"

We rented a fan and it flew out of our truck on the way to the graveside. Ms Merrell offered to split the cost with me even though we were responsible for the damage. Awesome customer service! I would highly recommend."
