"I called Dave, the second generation owner of Don’s Pump Services, off of a magnetic business card the previous home owner had left on our well tank. It was after business hours and we had no water in our house. Dave problem solved with us for nearly an hour on the phone and was then at our house the next morning at 8:30 am to see what was happening in person. Unfortunately we had a broken water pipe from our well to our house, but Dave and his son Cade had it dug up and replaced by 3 pm that same day. I cannot recommend them enough! They were kind, professional, helpful and fast. We were complete strangers yesterday and now I would do just about anything for this man, that’s how happy I am now!"

"I called Don to service our well system that supplies water to our own. He missed the call, but called back the next day with news that he was unfortunately booked out by 3 months. Even though he was booked he took the time to hear my issues I was encountering with loss of water pressure in our home and explained in detail what routes he would take to fix it. The next day I was able to locate my issue and resolve it on my own. Without Don's advice I would never have found the clogged check valve that was installed upstream from my jet pump. Thank you a ton for the advice. 10/10 would recommend."

"Dave and his son did quality work and in a timely manner when we needed our well pump replaced. He quoted a price that we could work with and suggested an option of variable speed pump that will prolong the life of the pump. He also replaced our old galvanized pipe with schedule 80 PVC pipe that won’t rust out over time, which will prolong the life of the well. Their work is top notch with old school ethics. Good job!!! Glad I went with Dons Pump!!"
