"This is not about the work done. I have no comments for that. This is about the service. We had one car in front of us. We waited an hour to get in. Once in we were told it would be an extra 10 minutes. We have been here over 40 minutes. Still waiting. It's also FREEZING in here. This service is supposed to be fast. It is not."

"We stopped in on our road trip from Denver, we noticed a smell (we had our oil changed before leaving Denver). The Super Lube Plus staff was sooooooo wonderful and got us right away to check the car. They were extremely friendly and got us on the road again quickly, and safely. Best customer service!"

"The fellas were friendly, kind and professional from beginning to end. My service did take about 15 minutes or more, but I have an order big truck. Some things take time, I do not mind waiting when they offer you great customer service and manners. This is my place for an oil change. Give them a try for yourself."

"Oil change went pretty quickly; Used my own filter. No sure if they are linked to other super lube stores in RC. Haven't filled out the intake sheet before, but then the tech asked if I wanted same service as last time. Had to ask for debit card to be returned, and to remind tech to check/adjust tire pressures. Pretty sure the spare wasn't checked. Overall pleased, compared to marginal performance last time (different location)."

"I always have a great experience here. They do a really good job and a very honest and fast. I always replace my own filters, but they do offer that service. Out of all the oil change places that I go to, This location seems to be the fastest and most efficient. The employees are knowledgeable and not pushy about additional services. They always have the quality oil I like in stock. And the employees appear to be happy to be at work."
