"My experience at this Firestone was VASTLY different from my experience at other Firestone companies in different places. Although the employee who was helping me was very kind, they were not so kind to my car. I went in to get new tires on my car because they were bald I needed tires that worked in the winter as well as the summer. They told me everything looked good on my car, but not even a day later my car was not driving correctly so I took it to another shop and it turned out the Firestone employees put the wrong weight in the rim of my tires and they did not even balance it when they were done. Cost me extra money on top of the $700 dollars I paid Firestone to fix the issue."
