"Booked this hotel on 1/30 to stay on 2/15 through priceline. We got a late start to our trip as our son was sick. Pricelines site gave us a number to call if we would be later than 10PM. At 7PM we tried to call. They let the phone ring and ring and ring. Never answering our call. We googled a 2nd number and that number went to Days Inn. When we got there they were closed. We got the runaround and a family of 4 with a sick child had to sleep in our car at Loves. They are deceptive in there advertising and listed information."
"I'm not sure what people are expecting for the cheapest hotel in Gallup but my expectations were exceeded. Reception and free breakfast is next door at the Days Inn. My room was large and clean with a functional fridge, microwave, heater, and hot water."
"The room was clean and comfortable and the price was unbeatable! The gentleman at the check-in desk was very friendly and compassionate. I was traveling through the area on my way to another state to reunite with my son after a heart-wrenching incident happened to him, and the man at the front desk was so kind to me. He went the extra mile during my stay and made my time there 5-star for sure!!"
"The only good thing that I can say about this place is that the sheets are clean and not stained. Besides that the microwave doesn't work, the soap is so old that it's trash, all the pillows are uncomfortable as hell- very bumpy, and there is no free breakfast like we were promised and the clerk was on the phone so we couldn't ask about it. Oh and the air conditioner is so loud that it sounds like there's a huge storm outside."
"The facility was clean well kept and felt safe. Perfect for someone that just needs the bare necessities for the night or anyone on a tight budget. The only issue I encountered was upon arrival, there was no one in the office and I had to walk to the hotel next door to check in and get the key to my room. They really need 24 hour staff at the desk."
