Holiday Inn Express & Suites Gallup East, an IHG Hotel

"Holiday Inn Express is usually pretty great but this hotel needs to update itself. Our room was dirty. Carpet and furniture had stains and towels looked old and ragged. Breakfast choices are fine. Staff was good. Safe area but no real place, or grass to walk a dog."

"Customer Service was excellent. Great rooms. Breakfast was the best in the entire trip. The location was great. Convenient."

"A bit noisy. Look like some people's don't know walk normally and need to stomp any foot to be sure we ear them! Education, respect and community life look like not a rule for some people's!!! Maybe they need to avoid the hotel's and sleep in their truck."

"Family and I are in town for my aunts funeral and I the midst of the chaos I took my children swimming and the front desk attendant rudely came up to me to complain about my children said it came from the manager! I’m a single mother of 4 and during this difficult time she was on a power trip and decided to ruin our day. Policies should be posted and if this facility is not family friendly then they should have it posted! Don’t bring your family here! they will be unwelcoming and complain about your children getting breakfast and using the pool! Whoever cleaned our room didn’t even vacuum! Don’t waste your money here. There are friendlier places, it’s his unfortunate considering they are supposed to uphold the IHG logo and can’t even afford a new sign."

"The room was nice. Most of it was really clean except the toliet was disgusting with you know what behind the lid part and hair in the sink. I expect better. The trash cans had no liners. Breakfast was just OK, nothing I could eat. Wish they had Bananas or potatoes or bacon."
