"The staff were very friendly and the room was fine. Everything was clean and the hotel was quiet. The guy at the desk told me he gave me a room away from the elevator so it would be extra quiet, but he actually gave us the second room from the elevator. We paid extra to include breakfast and I'm glad we did. The breakfast was good and worth the extra $11 for 4 of us to eat. One complaint I have is that they had 1 server for the entire breakfast hall. She had to take orders, deliver food and drinks, seat customers, check out orders, and bus tables all by herself. It slowed everything down terribly. Do better Hilton!"

"Very classy hotel! Impressive lobby. Decent size exercise room and pool. Rooms are clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast is $10."

"We have stayed here on many occasions and always had good service. The real complaint is the hotel failing to deal with the homeless and drug heads that come into their parking lot. We had two different men try to accost us when checking in. The first guy banged on our truck window and followed me up to the lobby. I displayed the handle of my gun I had in my pocket and he left me alone. The second guy approached while I was unloading our vehicle and was heading straight at my wife. He backed off when he saw me and stopped to light a cigarette about 10 ft from us. I then hooked my holster on my pocket where he could see I was armed. He then took off. We reported it to the hotel, but they didn't seem too concerned. They were charging nearly $200 a night for a room, but couldn't afford to pay for security for their parking lot. I could understand if this was a random occurrence, but from what we found out this happens on a regular basis."

"This was probably the best Hilton property we've ever stayed at. The restaurant was great and the service from Allina and the other breakfast server on the weekend were excellent. Kyle at the front desk was very good and the Night Auditor Daniel was very helpful and a true gentleman. Desiree at the restaurant bar was also superb. This is the standard that Hilton should be at, and this particular property did not fail. Thank you staff of Hilton Garden Inn of Gallup, NM."

"I travel through NM a few times a year, and always stay at this hotel while traveling. It’s super clean, the employees are always very nice and it has a nice bar and great food. It’s also pet friendly, probably the best Hilton/Hampton we stay in while driving from California to Ohio every year."
