"I guess I made the mistake of walking in today (Saturday) 5 minutes before their 1pm closing to pick up and drop off. Most of the lights were already turned off when I entered, and a minute later the only employee there appeared from the back clearly annoyed that I was there. I apologized for not realizing they closed earlier than most on a Saturday afternoon, and asked if I could just pick up what I had, and that'd I'd just skip the drop off. Her attitude put me off so much so that even after she accepted payment for my pick up and offered to accept the drop off, I politely declined because I had already made up my mind that I would start going elsewhere. Sorry I inconvenienced anyone. Its okay to be annoyed, but you shouldn't ever let your customers see it."

"Worse service ever. Left my white coat on Thursday for laundry and iron. Went to pick it up today and it was only clean. Had so many wrinkles that were worse that when I brought it. Spoke with the employee and she said we dont do laundry on the weekends just on weekdays. I also told her that I start working at 5:30am and that I wont have time to pick it up on a weekday. Despite all of that she did not offer a refund. Of note, this was my first visit here because of how close is to my house. However, I will never come back to this place. Horrible experience. I would have to go to work without my uniform."
