Green Sweep

"I was looking for someone to clean my aging father's house. I like that Green Sweep uses green products, very friendly when I called to get information. Set up a deep clean. I was pleasantly surprised. The 2 gentleman that did the deep clean at my Dad's house were very respectful, kind, and did a wonderful job! We will continue to use Green Sweep for our future cleanings. I also like the fact that they are local. Thank you!"

"We were optimistic when hiring green sweep as we had heard good things. We were not told any guidelines on how long or who to expect. One worker and a trainer came. The trainer essentially was using our house to train the other employee. After three hours only two bathrooms in our 5bd 2.5bth were clean. We had to end the cleaning due to the fact we had to go to work. The managers are rude, hard to talk to, and unwilling to accept fault. Terrible company that I do not recommend! Read the responses on all of these negative reviews and you’ll see exactly who you are working with. Justifying bad business by putting it back on the people supporting them. They will do anything to keep your money also so don’t even try."

"We invited freen sweep for our move out clean. Expecting the house would be absolutely clean and trusted that we dont have to come back to check on them. I ended up coming up to the house twice after it was supposed to be clean and done. The house smelled bad. Food scraps still left on the floor - which was never mopped. The drawers still had personal items and still dirty. Vanities were all dirty. I requested and paid for spot clean of the walls but it was never done. The doors were dirty too. Laundry room was not never cleaned. I gave 2 stars because the working staff were friendly and their manager didnt give them enough time to clean my house which I paid $500 for a 1300 sf. Then the manager blamed them for not communicating. It was very unprofessional not to mention stressful and disappointing, considering we had to be out of the house and have to come back twice to make sure they did the work i paid for them to do. Their communication throughout was very lacking too. I asked for photos when they were done, they didn't even reply so I have to drive up there to check on it myself. The second time I came the house was better but still some dirty areas. All in all they gave me about 17% credit but it definitely did not worth the stress and headach."

"I had booked the appointment a week in advance. They came in to do move out cleaning but called to let me know that the AC was not working and that they could not work under those conditions. I had paid extra for the cabinets and oven to be cleaned. They wiped a couple of counters and left even leaving some of their equipment behind. I called to see if we could reschedule but they were not able to accommodate me within my time frame. They charged me $250. I called them to tell them to come and pick up their equipment and asked for some of my money to be refunded since they barely did anything and they refused"

"Sophie was thorough and professional with her cleaning services. I liked the fact that she kept me updated on her progress and walked me through her work at the end to obtain feedback. The only negative was not receiving a notification text prior to arrival as requested, but this would not stop me from booking again."
