"I had high hopes when I hired Vanguard for nightly cleaning of our 10,000sqft office building. Right from the start, things were not being done. Front doors and entry ways were always left dirty, toilets developed rings on them from being neglected, dusting was spotty, even emptying trash cans seemed to be too much to handle. After several months and a change in cleaners, nothing improved. When we tried to communicate with our cleaners, they rarely responded and when they did, it was defensive and unprofessional. After a year of daily complaints from our tenants and basically taking on the task of doing the cleaning myself, I gave notice to cancel the contract. Although we had prepaid for the month, our cleaners stopped showing up and on their last visit, several items were missing from some of the offices as well as the kitchen area. Aside from this review, I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney General. Never in my years of managing buildings have I had this many issues with a cleaning company. Think twice about hiring Vanguard, and save yourself from the horrors of working with this company."
