"Tried several times since early September to get someone to come out for an active roof leak and we were getting lots of rain in SJC. I waited for a reply for a week, no response so I called back to be sure they got my message. Secretary stated they did receive it and said someone should have reached out. Still nothing after week 2...so I called again she took my info and stated she would pass it on. Still nothing...I called again during week 3, and was told Shawn had an emergency. That he would be calling me within the week. It is now November 1st and I still have yet to receive a call back. I agree, if it's this hard to get them just to return a call, it will be impossible to get them out here to do the work! Very poor customer service."

Initially I contacted two companies--one never responded, and the other told me 2 weeks later that their schedule was too full. Durango Roof Doctor also was swamped, but has a system for roof repair like mine, and my roof is now fixed! Everyone involved has been responsive, professional and courteous. Jeff, the owner, called me within a few minutes of my initial email!! Katherine, the office manager, called promptly the next morning, and followed up consistently to ensure the work was scheduled and completed. Corey did the work right on time, and sent several photos of the work. Now I can relax and look forward to a snowy winter!"

"This is our second time to utilize the services of Durango Roof Doctor. When we called this company the first time, we were already on the waiting list for another company for 7-10 days from then. However, Durango Roof Doctor was able to come out the very next day to shovel about two feet (of 5 feet) of snow/ice from the worst areas of our roof, because they only do roof snow removal and not other snow removal jobs. We knew we would need additional snow/ice removal and planned to use the company on whose waiting list we had been for days. But, that company was behind in their work schedule and would not be able to help us for several more days. We really needed additional snow removal from our roof, because we were getting some soffit damage. So, we called Durango Roof Doctor and they sent out two 2-men teams the very next afternoon. These guys saved the day. I'm looking forward to talking with them next month or so about a roof snow-melt system for the shady areas. I recommended this company after the first visit and will definitely recommend them again."
