Laundratopia

"I love this location. Clean machines, carts are well cared for, and friendly staff. I typically go during the weekday evenings. Laundratopia, if you read this I'm wondering what your philanthropic views are. Would you be willing to approve a set # of loads each week for the Farmington Regional Animal Shelter?"

"So this was my first time ever having to use a laundromat! But I have to say it was a great experience. We had the place pretty much to ourselves due to it being late. But it was clean, super clean! We got our laundry done within an hour and the staff was absolutely amazing and friendly and really had a good experience. Thank you so much. Glad there are places like this open and around late at night so people like me can get what they need done LOL"

"This past Saturday on June 18th 2022 between 7:30pm and 8pm we decided to do our laundry at Laundratopia. The attendant was nice. Busy doing her chores. I asked her what time was last wash on people coming in to do their laundry, she said 8:40 so I told her some customers came in. She quickly took off and told them to take their clothes out of the tubs and to leave. They did. Then when it was 9:30pm she told us that we needed to hurry because at 10:10pm the alarm would go off and we needed to hurry up. I never felt disrespected in a business. My first time there and this was how I was treated. I continued to fold my clothes and she made a call to her boss and told the boss that we were the cause of her staying late and the alarm was going to go off. The boss had her set the alarm for another 10 minutes. By then I was finished with my clothes and we left. I am never ever stepping into another Laundratopia Laundromat again. Not after the way we were treated."
