"Did the laundry drop off service, on the 4th time leaving my work sheets there they ruined them (not sure how, one of my clients said it looks like they burned grease on it?) I took it back and the lady tried to claim the sheets were already like that (she knew they weren't because the previous 3 times she cleaned them the week before it wasn't like that.) I asked for a refund on the cleaning instead they took my sheets and were going to "reclean" them and talk to the manager to see what could be done, since then they've kept my sheets and any time I've gone in since then I'm the told the manager "just left. " I definitely do not recommend them!"

"I love washing at San Juan Laundry, especially on Sunday early mornings. All the attendants are very wonderful and helpful. Even the owner is a wonderful boss. He helps out when his helpers are sick, come in a tad late or just to help. He goes all out for his helpers and that's because they've been with him for quite a few years. That's dedication for a boss who acknowledges your hard work, by coming in when you're scheduled to work and never calling in, being on time and never late, letting your boss know ahead of time about your appointments and not at the last minute and most importantly offering your help when it's most needed. That's team work in a work environment. That's what I see at San Juan Laundry, the best place to go do your laundry at."

"The attendant stared at me when I got quarters & followed me to my washer. When I asked what her problem was, she said “Just making sure you’re using a washer & not taking the quarters”. Look, I get it: Quarters are for paying customers only. But the employee today look like she wanted to fight. If that’s who they want watching their business, fine."
